How to Use This Tracker
The goal isn't perfection; it is relentless consistency.
- Step 1: Define ONE Habit. Don't try to change everything at once. Pick one, specific, high-impact habit you want to build this week. Examples: "Write for 30 minutes," "Post one piece of content," "Reach out to 5 potential clients."
- Step 2: Set a Minimum Standard. What is the absolute minimum you can do each day to count it as a win? This makes it easier to show up on low-energy days. Examples: "Write just one sentence," "Post a single story."
- Step 3: Track & Reflect. Each day you complete the habit, mark it off. At the end of the week, answer the reflection questions to optimize for the next week.
