Weekly Review & Reload
"Success is the product of daily habits—not once-in-a-lifetime transformations." - James Clear
At the end of the week, look at your chain.
If the chain is mostly complete: You've successfully built momentum. Define next week's goal and reload the slingshot.
If the chain is broken: You haven't failed, you've just identified a friction point. What stopped you? Make your Core Action for next week 10% smaller or easier, and try again. The goal is to build the chain.
