The Founder's Holiday Reflection Guide
Pause, Reflect, and Recharge for the Year Ahead
The end of the year is the perfect time to pause the hustle and take stock of how far you've come. Use these five prompts to celebrate your journey and gather strength for what's next. Find a quiet moment, grab a pen, and be honest with yourself.
Prompt 1: The Unsung Victory
What is one accomplishment from this year that you're proud of but haven't properly celebrated? It could be a small habit you built, a difficult conversation you navigated successfully, or a creative problem you solved behind the scenes.
Acknowledging the small wins is how you build the momentum for the big ones.
Prompt 2: The Unexpected Lesson
What was the biggest failure or unexpected challenge you faced this year, and what was the single most important lesson it taught you about yourself or your business?
Prompt 3: The Energy Audit
Looking back at your calendar, what single activity, project, or client relationship gave you the most energy and fulfillment? Conversely, what drained the most energy from you?
Prompt 4: The "Let Go" List
What is one belief, habit, or commitment that you need to consciously let go of to make space for growth next year? (e.g., the belief you have to do everything yourself, a service that drains resources, etc.)
Prompt 5: The Recharge Intention
What is ONE thing you will do during this holiday break that is purely for your own rest and joy, with absolutely no connection to work or productivity? (e.g., Read a fiction book, go for a long walk without your phone, build a lego set, etc.)
