The Potential Unlocker Worksheet

3 Questions to Find Your Key

Your true potential is already within you. The only thing holding it back is a "lock"—a limiting belief, a fear, or a habit. Use these questions to identify your primary lock and craft the key to open it. Be honest and write down the very first thing that comes to mind.

Question 1: The "Invisible Script"

If your life were a movie, what is the one negative or limiting sentence the narrator would say about your character right now? (e.g., "He was always afraid to start," "She never believed she was good enough," "They always quit when things got hard.")

This sentence is your "Invisible Script"—the primary limiting belief that runs in the background of your mind. Acknowledging it is the first step to rewriting it.

Question 2: The "Fear Forecast"

Imagine you've decided to go after your biggest goal. Now, complete this sentence with your biggest fear: "I'm afraid that if I truly go for it, I will..." (e.g., "...lose all my money and have to start over," "...be judged and ridiculed by my peers," "...discover I'm not as talented as I think I am.")

This is the fear that keeps the lock rusted shut. By giving it a name, you take away its power.

Question 3: The "Key Forging"

Based on your answers above, what is the smallest possible action you can take in the next 24 hours that directly contradicts your "Invisible Script" and defies your "Fear Forecast"?

This isn't about massive change. It's about creating a small, physical key.

  • If your script is "I'm not good enough," your key might be sending one email you've been putting off.
  • If your fear is judgment, your key might be sharing one small idea with a trusted friend.
  • If your script is "I never finish," your key might be working on your project for just 15 uninterrupted minutes.

Your First Turn of the Key

Your answer to Question 3 is your key. Your only task today is to use it. Don't think about unlocking the whole door. Just focus on that first, tiny turn. That's how every breakthrough begins.
